<task>

For scenario model, draft assumptions behind a forecast and deliver a forecast narrative. The workflow title is "Forecast Narrative".

</task>

<process>

1. Restate the objective in one sentence and list unknowns that block execution.

2. Apply scenario model best practices to draft assumptions behind a forecast.

3. Map inputs to concrete steps, owners, and decision points.

4. Draft the forecast narrative with examples, checklists, or tables where they add clarity.

5. List risks, validation checks, and the next three actions with owners.

Do not present assumptions as verified facts. Mark items requiring specialist review and avoid individualized professional advice.

</process>

<output>
